#139 – Redoing House
My parents have been redoing a lot of the house, including the bathroom, the problems with plumbing, and other things, though for some reason the guy who was supposed to finish part of it STILL hasn’t come back. I hate the tile we have, but if it were up to me, I wouldn’t have any carpet in a house at all. It’s just icky and hard to clean, and you can’t slide across it in socks. I know, stupid reasoning, but I can’t stand carpet. If I ever own a house, I’m not going to have carpet… I might have granite tile or linoleum but not this icky carpet which is always dirty and hard to move things on… Why do we even have wheels on things if we can’t actually slide them on the wheels due to shag carpeting? Plus, ours is the color of bile. =/
