#22 – Anime Convention Ideas
We want to make our table stand out since for once I won’t just be selling normal fanart, and we’ll have doujinshis, as well as clothing and accessories, so I was looking through the hardware store for ideas. I found lovely panels I could paint doujinshi covers on for us to sit in front of, but it would end up being a heavy stack, and hard to set up. A cardboard display would be much easier, but we’d have to design it carefully, since this would be professional, not kiddie science competition type stuff.
I can think of a lot of things that could make this a great idea – miniature printings of each product with prices, along with info about our company… we could also put some promos and cards or brocures at the bottom of it. But this would be like a menu for people who haven’t gotten to the area to buy from us yet because of the line. It’s hard when you can’t see what’s up at a table until you’re crowding in front of it at these things…
