is dead, unless we as consumers speak on it. It's already been an issue, but it got dropped, and is now back on the radar, since the FCC caught Comcast breaking the law regarding the fact that they are targeting BitTorrent users and slowing their rates of upload and download.
Not that they issued a fine or anything like that but OMG they issued a press release. That should take care of it, right? Idiotic bureaucratic thinking. Because telling me I'm doing something wrong when I knew it was wrong but not taking away my priveleges or making me pay makes me SO inclined to stop. Perhaps the FCC should read a book on Child Psychology.
